We were pleasantly surprised and truly grateful to see Chilli Farms Curry Shop featured in a recent Small Business Growth Grants flyer by our local MLA, Jessica Stojkovski.
To be recognised in a government initiative that supports small businesses across Western Australia is both humbling and encouraging.
What this means to us
At Chilli Farms, we’ve always believed in staying small, strong, and sustainable — community first. Every step we take is grounded in serving our local community, improving our products, and building something meaningful over time.
Seeing our shop represented in this campaign tells us one thing:
👉 The work we are doing is being noticed.
Not just as a food business, but as part of the local small business ecosystem.
About the grant
The Small Business Growth Grants initiative offers:
- Matched funding of up to $10,000
- Access to expert advice and specialist services
- Support to help businesses scale, diversify, and improve operations
For many small businesses, especially in today’s environment, this kind of support can make a real difference.
A moment of reflection
Running a small business is not easy. There are good days, tough days, and days where you question everything.
But moments like this remind us:
- Why we started
- Why we continue
- And why community support matters
We are not just cooking food — we are building something that represents our journey, our values, and our connection to the people around us.
To fellow small business owners
If you are a small business owner in WA, we strongly encourage you to explore opportunities like this.
Support is available — and sometimes all it takes is taking that first step.
Thank you
A big thank you to Jessica Stojkovski and the team for supporting local businesses and for including Chilli Farms in this initiative.
And as always, thank you to our customers and community — none of this is possible without you.
