Delivery, Click & Collect & Order Responsibility

Chilli Farms Curry Shop offers Click & Collect and Home Delivery services for frozen and dry items.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery and contact details

• Ensuring someone is available to receive frozen deliveries where applicable

We are not responsible for spoilage or damage resulting from missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or delays caused by customer unavailability.

Shelf Life on Delivered Products

For Click & Collect and Home Delivery orders, all products are supplied with a minimum of 45 days remaining before the best before or use-by date, unless otherwise stated.

Food Safety

Frozen items must be stored appropriately immediately upon collection or delivery. Chilli Farms Curry Shop is not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage after collection or delivery.
