Returns & Refunds – Food Items

At Chilli Farms Curry Shop, food safety and quality are our highest priorities. Due to the nature of food products, our return and refund policy differs from general retail items.


Frozen Items

(Curries, Meals, Pies, Dog Meals, etc.)

Returns
Frozen items cannot be returned once they have left our store or have been delivered. This is due to strict food safety and temperature-control regulations.

Refunds or Replacements
A refund or replacement may be offered only if:

  • An incorrect item was supplied

  • The item was damaged at the time of collection or delivery

  • A quality issue is identified upon first use

Conditions

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of collection or delivery

  • Clear photos and order details may be required

  • The product must not have been fully consumed


Dry / Pantry Items

(Spice mixes, pickles, rice, grocery items)

Returns
Dry items are not eligible for return if:

  • The seal has been broken

  • The packaging has been opened

  • The item has been used or partially used

Refunds or Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges may be considered if:

  • An incorrect item was supplied

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is past its expiry date at the time of purchase

Conditions

  • Items must be unopened and in original condition

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind on frozen or dry food items. Please review product descriptions, ingredients, and dietary information carefully before purchasing.


Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists and dietary suitability before purchase. Refunds will not be issued for allergy-related concerns where ingredients were clearly listed.
