Great turnout for today’s cooking class at Chilli Farms.
Today we prepared Coconut Cashew Mixveg Curry, and the entire class was vegetarian/vegan. Participants enjoyed the whole experience — learning the process, watching the cooking, and finally tasting the dish.
One thing became very clear today: when the curry sauce is truly fantastic, vegetables shine. A great sauce can easily convert a few people into enjoying veggie dishes. Vegetables and a well-balanced curry sauce are a perfect combination.
